NFL Football Players are Huge

Comparing yourself to people on the television shows is never a smart thing to do. Comparing yourself to the athletes on television is an even stupider thing to do. Sure they look like they're the same size as everyone else on the television screen, but that's because everyone there is usually the size of a miniature goliath.

NFL football players and especially NBA basketball player are by far the most easily misconceived. Each player is a great deal bigger and taller in person than on TV. They just look normal sized, because everyone else on the court or field is around the same size.
