Controversy Strikes Regarding NFL Overtime Rule

In the 2008 season, controversy rose due to comments made by Donovan McNabb after an overtime tie with the Cincinnati Bengals. According to McNabb, he did not understand the NFL overtime rule that a tie can occur if no points have been scored at the end of the OT.
